The 401K is a type of retirement plan, also sometimes called a cash or deferred arrangement plan (CODA). It is named after a section of the Internal Revenue Code. Retirement means saying a big goodbye to your stressful work-life. However, it does not mean total inactivity. You should continue to engage in something on a daily basis that will keep you active.
